Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
Every order includes free tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@kobobeauty.com and we'll make it right.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
